We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Depending on the type of communication or transaction, we may collect and process the following the personal data: name, gender, date of birth, postal address, telephone numbers, organization name, email address, comments, feedback, recommendations, and personal profile.

How we collect Information on Children

We do not solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to provide us with their personal information without verifiable parent or guardian consent. If you are under 18, do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, photos, address, telephone numbers, or email address, unless you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

In Ekklesia Holistic, only designated persons have access to copies of your personal information. Please note that we don’t have access to your credit/debit card and billing information. We use PayPal payment gateway system and when processing payments you will be redirected to a separate PayPal page. All online transactions are done on a secure server. Secure URLs always begin with “https://” rather than “http://” and if you are using one from a browser that recognizes “Secure Sockets Layer” or SSL, you will generally also receive a preceding message and/or see a symbol, such as a lock, that signifies that you are on a secure page.

In addition to the technical and organizational measures that Ekklesia Holistic International has in place to protect your personal data, you should use appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, including protecting the security of your log in information and credentials.

How long we retain your data

 If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How we communicate with our site visitors
